is nestled above the Cambria and Harmony villages in the Santa Lucia
Mountains. The cool, clear days are layered in clouds, fog, and severe
winds which offer our grapes a rich environment. Following sunset,
a marine layer moves over the region and cools temperatures approximately
30 degrees, providing conditions conducive to maintaining outstanding
acid structure and overall balance. Most consider this fluctuation
to be a key component to the varietal character displayed in the
resulting wines.

Owners Denyse and Chris Olsen have lovingly tended their vines
on the terraced steps of the Santa Lucia Mountains, overlooking
beautiful Cambria. Wine Maker David Satrain, a passionate wine
maker from the Paso Robles Wine Region, has crafted for the Olsens
a luxurious portfolio of varietals to rival the great wines of
Napa and the Paso Robles Wine Regions!
